SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SECTION 3 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS (NON-EU)
We ship to most countries within Europe, including Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Important for customers outside the European Union (e.g., Norway, UK, Switzerland): Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TIVIK® is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

SECTION 4 - HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tivik.nl with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
SECTION 5 - P.O. BOXES
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address to ensure smooth delivery.
SECTION 6 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES
TIVIK is liable for the product until it is delivered to you. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@tivik.nl with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution (replacement or refund).
