Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unworn or unused

• With tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

EU Customers:
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. The same conditions above apply.

Exclusions

• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Return

• Contact us first at info@tivik.nl to request a return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Returns are sent by mail to: Zwinglilaan 93, 1216MC, Hilversum, The Netherlands

• You are responsible for shipping costs, but there are no restocking fees.

• Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your current item for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
